Do I have to be physically fit to do your Program?
NO. Generally speaking, it is recommended that you follow a balanced fitness routine, whether assisted or on your own, a minimum of 3 times per week. This is for better overall health and to help decrease your risk of certain illnesses such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis. If you're not already doing this, we can create a program for you that will help set you on the path to better health. We strive to meet your specific fitness needs, relative to your level and ability, yet challenge and push you as well.
Why do you train exclusively outdoors?
We feel that in order to THINK OUTSIDE the box...you need to TRAIN OUTSIDE the gym! We feel confident that we can make a 60-minute outdoor workout just as challenging and even more fun than any indoor gym or home workout. Just try it - your body will love you for it!!

How is your outdoor program different from all the "bootcamps" that are currently advertised?
While the cost of the MY TRAINING PARTNER program is more per hour than outdoor group fitness/bootcamps, it is quite comparable to other local Personal Trainers' rates. However, we feel that in addition to getting in some 'fresh air fitness', the real added value is working out 1-on-1 (or 1-on-2) with your Fitness Coach "buddy". This will give you the personalized attention and motivation you've been looking for to finally break out of that fitness rut and get on your way to meeting your goals.
